From where I have come to where I am now is light years ahead of my expectations. I am proud to support my community and its people.

I have traveled from Texas to Virginia, looking for a mentor to teach me other technics for smoking meat. Everything they taught me seemed to have something missing. Their meat was delicious, but it just wasn’t South Mississippi. 

I feel as if I knew the answer before I could tell myself. I already had some of the best BBQ in the United States, and maybe their recipes were missing something from me. Through my time and research, I discovered that Mississippi produces the best-slow-cooked meat in the United States. I am exactly where I am supposed to be. I am cooking for you and my family.

Smoke & Geaux BBQ was born from my love of cooking for friends and family in our backyard. As our passion for food grew, we decided to share our quality meats with the public. We’re committed to supporting our community and regularly organize fundraisers for law enforcement and children in need. Join us for a delicious BBQ with a side of community spirit.

I am passionate about smoked BBQ and committed to sourcing our ingredients sustainably. We prioritize local, seasonal produce and meat from ethical, small-scale farmers. Our goal is to provide delicious, wholesome food while supporting our community and the environment.

I honestly value authenticity, integrity, and community. My love for smoked BBQ stems from our childhood and 35 years of law enforcement experience have taught me the importance of excellence and service. I strive to embody these values in everything I do.
